LAST CALL - Data Deletion for Inactive Players - March 2026

As part of our efforts to improve performance and maintain a sustainable gameplay experience, we will be deleting player data for inactive accounts. 

We updated the login date requirements to allow for a longer period of inactivity, and will only be deleting player data for inactive accounts that match BOTH of the following criteria: 

1. The account has not been accessed since 1 February, 2025 or later AND
2. The account does not have any purchase history in the entire record of the account’s existence. All linked accounts must also not have a purchase history.

We have flagged accounts matching these parameters, and will be deleting them on Friday, March 13, 2026 at 17:00 PT. 

Players with accounts that fall under both of these criteria must simply log into their accounts by that date and time to avoid being deleted. 

The accounts cannot be recovered once they are deleted. 

Please be aware that the account clean up will take some time as we monitor for any issues.
